Adena Tessler joined HASC’s advocacy team in February as regional vice president, Los Angeles County.

Adena spent the past 16 years working in advocacy, public relations and crisis management for many private and public entities. Prior to her consulting work, she was chief legislative deputy to Los Angeles City Councilmember Cindy Miscikowski.

In her new role, Adena will act as the local leader in health care-related public policy and advocacy position development, consensus building and will also represent the hospital industry in Los Angeles County with community groups, government departments and elected officials.
