HASC in partnership with Flex Ed is proud to offer leadership development training that can be delivered onsite, at your hospital. These programs are specifically designed to provide participants with new skills needed to be effective in delivering high-quality care, ensuring patient safety and facilitating positive staff development.

Critical thinking is central to effective task management and decision making in high-risk situations. The Charge Nurse: Critical Thinking Course reviews how active assessment and analysis of information improves decision making, and discusses the key principles and barriers to thinking critically. The course also covers the application of critical thinking through the nursing process to help staff arrive at logical and appropriate conclusions.
