HASC hospitals in the Southern California Patient Safety First (SCPSF) Collaborative in 2015 will enjoy another great year of programming to help them:

• Prevent “never events” in Surgical Services
• Decrease C- Difficile infection
• Enhance Perinatal Safety by addressing the C-Section rate, EED, and Ob Hemorrhage

Peer-to-peer learning is the cornerstone of our Collaborative Experience, as well as partnering with other stakeholders and subject matter experts to assure the work we do is aligned within the clinical community.
