Fast Facts from Southern California Patient Safety First Collaborative Now Online

Health care professionals interested in learning more about, Sepsis, Surgical Safety, Perinatal Safety and HAI – C. Difficile can review highlights from the most recent Phase II kickoff Southern California Patient Safety First Collaborative meeting.

Fast Facts from the March 12 meeting is available online at http://www.hasc.org/fact-sheet/fast-facts-16. The one-page meeting summary of highlights is distributed after each SCPSFC meeting and is designed to offer senior leaders a communication tool that can be used to facilitate a short debriefing with meeting attendees.

The meeting included 132 attendees from 58 of our 76 PSF Collaborative hospitals. Featured topics from this meeting included:
