HASC, in association with the Los Angeles County Emergency Medical Services Agency, will host a free webinar for hospitals titled Key Elements of Integrating Continuity with Strategy and Operations.

Scheduled for Thursday, March 6, 9 to 10 a.m., the webinar will focus on the following key points:

• Introduce Hospital Business Continuity and what it means for hospital leadership in this rapidly evolving health care landscape.
• Better understand business continuity in the context of strategic and operational priorities.
• Learn how to strengthen your hospital’s capacity to maintain essential services following crisis events impacting hospital operations.
• Learn to effectively integrate hospital continuity with strategy, managing risk and improving operations.

Presenter Angela Devlen, Managing Partner, Wakefield Brunswick, is a certified Master Business Continuity Planner with more than 20 years of international experience in operations, and disaster management including several years leading programs in large health care systems. She is currently advising organizations such as Ascension Health, the Colorado Hospital Association, and Mayo Clinic.
