HASC Leadership Training Program Also Offers Onsite Option
Register now for LEAD Academy, HASC’s leadership training program beginning on Feb. 3, 2012. Space is limited to 30 attendees.
Also available is the Customized Onsite Leadership Training Program, in which HASC builds a tailored training program for the specific needs of your hospital. With onsite leadership training, you have complete control, including:
- One group or multiple groups (helps with multi-shift operations)
- Half-day sessions, full-day sessions or multi-day sessions
- Which topics to deliver and in which sequence
- Do the training all at once, or spread it out over weeks or months

This leadership training program is an intensive six-day, 12-module training experience using innovative tools and experiential learning to empower recently hired, newly appointed or previously untrained health care leaders to better understand and use their strengths. Designed for health care supervisors and managers, LEAD is built on the underlying principle that effective leadership requires productive relationships to support excellence in patient care, sustainable business objectives and a safe patient environment.
The full-day sessions will take place from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Verdugo Hills Hospital. The cost is $1,500 for HASC members and $2,250 for non-members.
