Suzanne Richards, Interim CEO of IHHI, has been appointed to fill a mid-term vacancy on the CalOptima PAC. HASC and HASC members supported Richards’ appointment; another candidate under consideration was not a HASC member.

In her role as IHHI’s interim CEO, Richards oversees four safety net hospitals in Orange County. She is a former Joint Commission surveyor and an RN, and holds two Masters Degrees, one of which is from UC Irvine.
