The Patient Safety First Collaborative (PSF) is inviting all HASC area hospitals to join this award-winning, life-saving Collaborative.

The 88 participating HASC area hospitals, which are part of the larger statewide Collaborative of 165 hospitals, will be coming together four times this year to learn from each other, share strategies and protocols, and learn from experts in the field.

Throughout the year, several PSF webinars are also offered in each of four clinical topics: Sepsis Management, Perinatal Safety, Surgical Safety, and HAI prevention. We will also be offering free simulation training for PSF hospital teams in Managing Obstetric Hemorrhage and timely application of the Surviving Sepsis Guidelines.

Please join us! There is no cost; Anthem Blue Cross is the funder. The first meeting of 2015 is on Feb. 26 at Pacific Palms in the City of Industry.
