LEAD Academy Expands to Inland Empire
Building upon its successful launch at Verdugo Hills Hospital, HASC’s LEAD Academy is now available in the Inland Empire.
Because of such positive feedback and strong participant response from the first three sessions, HASC’s LEAD Academy now offers newly hired, newly appointed or previously untrained managers and supervisors in the Inland Empire with the leadership skills needed to be successful in today’s ever changing health care environment.
Sessions will take place at Loma Linda University (LL) and San Antonio Community College (SA) according to the following schedule:
Session 1 – May 31 (LL)
Session 2 – July 5 (SA)
Session 3 – August 9 (LL)
Session 4 – September 6 (SA)
Session 5 – October 4 (LL)
Session 6 – October 11 (LL)
Classroom capacity for each session is 30 students. Two payment options are available: Pay per session at $250 per class or pay for all six sessions ($1,500).
LEAD is built on the underlying principle that effective leadership requires productive relationships to support excellence in patient care, sustainable business objectives and a safe patient environment. This program is ideal for hospitals that do not have a leadership training program as well as hospitals looking to supplement their own in-house leadership training program.
