Designed specifically for newly appointed or previously untrained health care professionals, LEAD teaches practical skills that will help you to align work goals and actions with your organization’s broader vision. Session topics range from coaching employees to leading others through change to resolving interpersonal conflict.

Session 1, coming up on March 30, will focus on From Peer, to Manager, to Leader, as well as Leading People Differently.

Cost is $250 per session, which includes two modules.
