The CalOptima board held an election last week. Mark Refowitz, interim director of the Orange County Health Care Agency, will serve as the new chair of CalOptima.

The new vice chair is Lee Penrose, CEO of St. Jude Medical Center. Jim McAleer, the former vice chair, has resigned.
