The Southern California Patient Safety First (PSF) Collaborative held its first of three events for 2015 in February at the Pacific Palms Resort and Conference Center in the City of Industry. A record-setting 193 participants from 76 hospitals attended to review progress toward statewide goals: Reduction in Sepsis Mortality and C. Difficile infections, and Improvement in Perinatal and Surgical Safety.

Presentations demonstrated the partnerships with other stakeholders and provider organizations as we all streamline our efforts to accomplish our goals: Hospitals Making Headlines in California – The Good Kind!
