Project Management Course for Health Care Workers Offered Aug. 1-3
Need to learn about project management in the health care setting, but not sure where to start? Introduction to Project Management from HASC and the Institute for Performance Excellence is a three-day course that will cover industry-recognized best practices found in the Project Management Institute’s Body of Knowledge (PMBOK)® guide.
Learn about everything from creating a project plan with key work streams, to monitoring the budget, to completing the project on time. Interactive real-world exercises and extensive case studies will help attendees apply the techniques learned and build skills to manage large-scale projects with confidence.
The course is specially adapted for managing improvement projects in health care environments and will focus on:
