Change Management/Cultural Integration Program Beginning June 5
The first session of HASC’s Change Management/Cultural Integration Program begins on Friday, June 5 in Alhambra. This three in-person, three online course focuses on the “people side of change,” integrating an understanding of how people respond to change with a 6-Step Change Model and practical tools embedded at each step.

Fall LEAD Academy Track I Begins July 24
The next session of LEAD Academy is beginning July 24. This fall program is an intensive six-session, 12-module training experience using innovative tools and experiential learning to empower recently hired, newly appointed or previously untrained health care leaders to better understand and use their strengths.
Session I on July 24 will focus on From Peer, to Manager, to Leader and Leading People Differently.
