Registration Open for Alignment in Risk-Sharing Landscape, Nov. 30
Register now for Alignment in a Risk-Sharing Landscape, Wednesday, Nov. 30 at Good Samaritan Hospital in Los Angeles. This one-day program will present three early-adopter models of physician/hospital alignment that have helped successfully deliver care that is more coordinated, appropriate and cost-effective with fewer litigation risks.
Participants will:
- Understand how good medicine results from interdependent roles, stakeholder accountability in an integrated continuum of care, and structural administrative and governance risk.
- Identify the new risk management “global risk” calculus and bundled payments.
- Learn team vs. individual behavior modification and metrics.
- Increase peer learning and sharing in the health care environment.
- Understand how to develop and apply a sustainable primary care physician recruitment and retention strategy.
The program is the first in the new HASC Game Changers series, a
suite of three events designed to address the fundamental changes
in how providers, payers and hospitals work in post-health care
reform environment. Also part of the series are Blurring the
Lines: Eliminating Silos, Feb. 1, 2012; and the
Palliative Care Conference: Care Transitions, Feb. 29,
2012. To register for Alignment in a Risk-Sharing
Landscape or any of these events, contact HASC’s Education
Department.
