Registration for the summer Lean Practitioners Course beginning June 8 at Los Angeles Metropolitan Medical Center is now open online.

The program is broken into four, eight-and-a-half-hour sessions that offer a comprehensive introduction to Lean tools proven to eliminate waste, reduce costs, improve quality and deliver greater value to organizations. Each session incorporates real-world simulations and exercises. This course is a prerequisite for some of the other Lean courses offered.

The course is presented by HASC, in collaboration with the University of California Los Angeles, School of Public Health, and the Institute for Performance Excellence. Cost is $1,250 for HASC members and $1,500 for non-members.
