Sign Up Now for 2015 Spring Session of LEAD Academy Beginning in January
With the new year comes a chance for self-improvement. If you are a health care supervisor or manager looking to take your skills to the next level, LEAD Academy can help you to develop your own skills, support the development of others, and manage and develop a successful organization.
The Spring 2015 session begins Jan. 23, 2015. Register for all six sessions or for those that most suit your needs. Topics include everything from Leading Others Through Change to Resolving Interpersonal Conflict to Leadership Communication Best Practices.
LEAD Academy sessions provide a safe environment, in small, interactive groups, to practice newly learned skills and align work goals and actions to support the broader vision of the organization.
At the conclusion of the LEAD Academy, participating health care managers will be able to:
- Improve the performance of the people and groups that report to them
- Enhance their contribution to the achievement of facility and system objectives
- Increase their own self-management skills during everyday and stressful situations
