Some Spots Still Open for LEAD Academy Beginning Jan. 23
If you are ready to take your leadership skills to the next level, there are still a few spots remaining for LEAD Academy’s Spring Session beginning Jan. 23.
LEAD is an intensive six-session, 12-module training experience using innovative tools and experiential learning to empower recently hired, newly appointed or previously untrained health care leaders to better understand and use their strengths.
The Jan. 23 session will focus on the topics From Peer to Manager, to Leader and Leading People Differently.
Upcoming dates and topics include:
- February 20: Session 2 – Leadership Communication Best Practices & Coaching Employees to Higher Performance
- March 20: Session 3 – Leading Others Through Change and Managing Performance
- April 17: Session 4 – Building and Leading Effective Teams and Planning and Running Effective Team Meetings
- May 15: Session 5 – Resolving Interpersonal Conflict and Organizing your Time, Work, and Priorities
- June 19: Session 6 – Why and How of Organizational Policies and Business and Finance for Today’s Health Care Leader
