The Hospital Operations Committee provides a forum for facility leaders to discuss challenges facing hospitals, recommend best-practice solutions, serve as a resource for HASC staff for innovative business approaches and learn what our members need. The committee also monitors operational trends and strategies by engaging expert speakers and member hospital executives who are actively addressing topics of interest.
