Gain Three ACHE Face-to-Face Credits at the HASC Annual Meeting
We are pleased to offer three Face-to-Face ACHE credits at this year’s Annual Meeting, May 16-18, at the Park Hyatt Aviara Resort. Please join us and take advantage of the opportunity to gain credit right here in Southern California.
Kevin O’Connor was a memorable speaker at the 2021 Virtual Annual Meeting and this year he returns with new content. His new session, Not the New Normal but Even Better, will help us get past the anxiety-producing “new normal” and gain control, independence, and solutions to circumstances beyond our control. He’ll also cover leadership skills needed to engage a team during uncertain times. Four additional breakout session will be part of the agenda.
Other highlights for this year’s meeting:
- Opening general session, Physician Musician featuring Barry Bittman, MD, will demonstrate the power of music for psychosocial healing.
- Roshi Joan Halifax, PhD, and medical anthropologist will offer a new view on moral resilience, compassion and burnout.
- Carmela Coyle, President/CEO, California Hospital Association will tell us about the path forward for health care in California and the nation.
- Miraculous: The Austin Hatch Story will close our meeting with his personal story about the true meaning of resilience.
