You’re Invited to a No-Cost Training That Expands Hospitals’ Population Health Reach
Dear Members,
I’m excited to invite you to participate in the upcoming Communities Lifting Communities training program, Alignment of Governance & Leadership in Healthcare: Building Momentum for Transformation, funded by Blue Shield of California Foundation and The California Endowment.
The complimentary half-day hospital leadership and board member training is led by Dr. Kevin Barnett, senior investigator with the Public Health Institute and several other nationally recognized health care and population health innovators.
Dates are now set for Riverside-San Bernardino (June 7), Orange County (June 11), Ventura-Santa Barbara (Aug. 7), and Los Angeles (Aug. 14).
Participants will explore opportunities to advance population health within their communities. Key discussions will center on:
