The membership has approved amending the HASC Bylaws to include the following:

• Hospital systems must have 100 percent of the eligible hospitals in HASC and CHA membership.
• The maximum number of directors on the HASC Board is increased to 45 and greater flexibility is permitted in the designation of Area Representatives, At-Large and Constituent Directors.
• Administrative changes consistent with current practice and in compliance with recently enacted corporate and nonprofit regulations.
