2021 CDIP A Great Success – Seeking Hospitals for 2022
HASC would like to thank our College to Career Diversity Internship Program (CDIP) host sites, preceptors and interns for helping to make our 2021 CDIP program a great success!
This past summer, in partnership with Health Career Connection (HCC),
22 CDIP interns were placed at our member organizations and delivered meaningful projects in various departments including: community engagement, compliance, diversity, equity and inclusion, finance/business, hospital administration, nursing (perioperative) and quality.
We are happy to report that following the internship assignments, three interns were hired – two at Kaiser Permanente and one at City of Hope. Additionally, two Keck Health interns had their paid internships extended for six weeks.
