On June 29, 21 students graduated from HASC’s most recent Advanced LEAD Academy® course at USC Verdugo Hills Hospital in Glendale.
To earn the honor, attendees completed three full days of coursework on April 18, May 23 and June 29. Designed for managers and supervisors, Advanced LEAD covers topics as diverse as emotional intelligence, organizational change, employee coaching, gaining buy-in and understanding organizational politics.
Students from USC Verdugo Hills Hospital, Good Samaritan Hospital – Los Angeles, and Bear Valley Community Healthcare District attended the series.
Advanced LEAD refines and builds upon skills taught in HASC’s popular LEAD Academy leadership course and will be presented again in 2019 — the dates are not yet set.
