Christiane Becker has been named HASC’s new workforce development program manager. She previously worked with the San Diego Workforce Partnership, an organization that funds job training programs that empower job seekers to meet the current and future workforce needs of employers.

In her new role at HASC, Becker will serve as an industry representative for workforce development in Southern California. In conjunction with CHA, she will advocate for expansion of the workforce pipeline, improving career pathways, increasing school partnerships with hospitals, and providing resources to develop critical skills of the current workforce. She will also oversee workforce data collection and analytics.

Becker earned her undergraduate degree at Providence College in Rhode Island and a master’s degree in marriage and family therapy at Fairfield University in Connecticut.
