CDIP Is Vetting Diverse Talent for
Hospitals: Sign Up as a 2020 Host
CDIP program graduates Maria Muniz (left) and Safia Hassan (right) pose with preceptor Carmen Perez at Adventist Health White Memorial hospital in Los Angeles.
Is your organization looking to connect to diverse talent — and a reliable source for upcoming health care leaders? HASC’s College to Career Diversity Internship Program, or CDIP, can help.
One of HASC’s workforce priorities is cultivating future health care professionals through CDIP to help meet the unique needs of communities that its hospitals serve.
CDIP is a 10-week summer internship, in partnership with Health Career Connection and that’s designed to collectively accelerate diversity and address equity in health care by exposing talented, diverse college students to rigorous and meaningful projects that are important to your hospital.
We are now recruiting hospitals for the 2020 program! To host a CDIP intern, please complete the Summer Internship Host Interest Form and notify HASC Workforce Development Program Manager Lisa Mitchell (contact information below) of your interest by Monday, Jan. 20.
Please read the HASC CDIP flier attached below to learn more about this internship opportunity.
We look forward to working with you. Thank you!
