HASC is collaborating with California State University Dominguez Hills (CSUDH) and Managed Career Solutions (MCS), a workforce system partner, to fill hospitals’ critical workforce needs for Clinical Lab Scientists (CLS).  

The CSUDH program has over 100 applicants per year and only accepts 45 students due to a limited number of training lab sites. 

There are also newly-licensed CLS graduates that need employment. Additionally, hospitals in Los Angeles and Orange counties may be eligible for paid, on-the-job training for CLS grads through MCS.
