Diversity, Equity, Inclusion Roundtable Is March 4

To help support hospitals in advancing their diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives, HASC invites you to participate in a 60-minute virtual roundtable discussion from 10 to 11 a.m. on Thursday, March 4.
Participants will hear from Maria R. Moreno, MPH, program manager with Sutter Health Institute for Advancing Health Equity’s Quality and Safety Team. Moreno will share information on:
- Sutter Health’s journey to advance health equity through patient care and quality efforts.
- Methods used to partner with communities and provide sustainable solutions.
- Ways to advance patient care and access through collection and use of REAL data.
- Building alliances to help shape implicit bias training and resources for clinicians.
During the roundtable discussion, participants will share organizational initiatives and actions implemented, plans for the future and any challenges that the group might be able to help you solve.
Who should participate? Chief executive officers, chief diversity officers, chief health equity officers, chief medical officers, chief human resources officers, chief population health officers, or anyone responsible for advancing diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives in your organization are invited to attend.
