- HASC’s Workforce Burnout Crisis: Exploring Signs and Solutions provides strategies to build resilience and combat burnout, both on a personal and organizational level. During the roundtable discussion, participants will share their organizational experience with employee burnout and fatigue, as well as any challenges that the group might be able to help you solve. Come prepared to share your thoughts and experiences. We look forward to your participation. The online event runs from 9 – 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, March 25. Reserve your place by clicking here.
- HASC’s long-running LEAD Academy leadership training series is being presented electronically this year — offering students easy-to-digest two-hour sessions in the comfort of their own homes. LEAD’s new format is live and interactive, which gives students the chance to ask questions and practice skills. The complete Academy is presented via 12 two-hour modules. Tuition for each module, or session, is $162 — or $1,944 for the full academy. A no-cost webinar on LEAD’s new format is offered from noon to 12:45 p.m. on Friday, March 12. Click here to reserve a place for the webinar. Or, enroll directly in LEAD via this link.
- HASC’s popular Leadership & Charge Nurse: Creating a Culture of Safety course runs from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Thursday, April 15. The online offering focuses on the role of the nurse leader in creating a collaborative, open and safety-first atmosphere. The course also supports nurse involvement with customer service, continuous survey readiness (CSR) and response to critical events. Learn complete program details and register here.
