Fall LEAD Academy Full — Spring 2019 Open

Due to demand, LEAD Academy’s autumn 2018 series is now full and closed to enrollment, however, the spring 2019 sessions are open and available. Sessions take place at USC Verdugo Hills Hospital in Glendale.
LEAD Academy® students will delve into multiple course topics, including the following:
- From peer, to manager, to leader
- Leading people differently
- Leadership communication best practices
- Coaching employees to higher performance
- Leading others through change
- Managing performance
- Planning and running effective meetings
- Building and leading effective teams
LEAD’s goal is to provide a safe environment to practice skills and align work goals with the vision of the organization. Engaging activities guide participants through the process of understanding differing leadership styles and overcoming the distinct challenges of being a leader.
