Former NLRB Chair Joins State of the Unions Webinar on March 7
Former Chairman of the National Labor Relations Board Philip A. Miscimarra joins a distinguished HASC webinar panel for State of the Unions on Thursday, March 7. Miscimarra was named Chair of the NLRB by President Trump on April 24, 2017. He joined as a board member in 2013, nominated by President Obama. His term as Chair ended in December.
Miscimarra now leads the Morgan, Lewis & Bockius firm’s Washington, D.C.-based NLRB special appeals practice, and co-leads Morgan Lewis Workforce Change, which manages issues arising from mergers, acquisitions, startups and other business restructuring.
The session also features Douglas R. Hart, a partner with Morgan, Lewis & Bockius’ labor, employment and benefits division in Los Angeles, and John K. Henderson, a labor and employment lawyer with IRI Consultants. Participants will hear about current trends and efficiencies of organized labor in the U.S. and California health industries and have the opportunity to ask the panel questions at the end of the program.
