The association welcomes the following chief executive to a member hospital.

Matt Blevins is CEO at Barstow Community Hospital in San Bernardino County.

Blevins brings nearly 20 years of hospital and health systems experience in various leadership roles. He most recently served as chief operating officer at Gateway Regional Medical Center in Granite City, Ill.
