Rick Rufino

Rick Rufino is a results-driven executive with 20 years of experience as a strategic leader and operations manager. He brings an expertise in team management, talent development and sales leadership, among other core competencies. Rufino previously served as chief executive officer since 2019 and has held positions in business development on a national and regional level.

His academic degrees include a Bachelor of Science degree in healthcare administration and a Master of Science degree in strategic marketing and an Associate of Science degree in respiratory therapy.
