Following her nomination by the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce, HASC Vice President of Association and HR Services Teri Hollingsworth has accepted a two-year board term with the City of Los Angeles Workforce Development Board.

The city approved Hollingsworth’s nomination and invited her to serve last month via an official letter from Mayor Eric Garcetti. Her term runs through June 30, 2020.

“This role will create new opportunities for me to represent the interests of hospitals in the city of Los Angeles,” Hollingsworth said. “It’s a welcome opportunity, and I’m excited and pleased to serve.”
