HealthCareerCenter.com Helps Recruitment Professionals
Human resources professionals can reach more than 3 million health professionals with a single job posting via the American Hospital Association’s recruitment website, HealthCareerCenter.com.
The site expands the reach of health care employers by distributing job postings via the websites of more than 40 state and national nursing associations, 60-plus physician/surgeon associations and 35-plus allied health associations.
In total, more than 330 associations (including HASC) participate in the network.
HealthCareerCenter.com is easy to use. Organizations set up a single account, which lets their personnel search resume databases and assemble metrics relevant to their staffing needs. Any questions will be answered by an individual HealthCareerCenter.com subject matter expert assigned to each job-posting account.
The system has features that let recruiters “comb through” thousands of applicants, said Jonas Moskowitz, the site’s marketing director. Site staff will also reach out to applicants who possess appropriate skills, he added.
“We’re going to email qualified applicants on your behalf,” Moskowitz said. “We really want to connect professionals and health care employers.”
