Hot Jobs Survey Seeks Data to Support Effective Hiring
The Allied for Health Hot Jobs Compensation Survey database is now open and accepting data on 17 hard-to-recruit, market-sensitive positions. The participation deadline is Friday, March 10.
In today’s labor market, staying up to date on salary trends is imperative to effectively recruit and retain employees. To assist in making informed decisions regarding wages, hospitals are invited to participate in the Hot Jobs Survey. The survey collects critical wage data from facilities across Southern, Central and Northern California. The survey release date is strategically timed to collect the latest data six months after the annual Allied for Health Non-Management Compensation Report, which is effective in June.
To participate in the survey, please enroll at www.healthcarehrsource.org. Once enrolled, you will receive an invitation via email to begin the survey submission process.
The final report, scheduled for release in April, will display average salary structure, percentiles of hourly rates, weighted average of hourly rates, average per diem rates (day and evening) and average shift differentials (evening and nights). Data are displayed by geographic regions.
Survey occupations include case manager, certified coder, clinical laboratory scientist, clinical pharmacist, coder, CT technologist, infection preventionist, mammography radiologic technologist, MRI technologist, nuclear medicine technologist, nurse practitioner, physical therapist, radiological technologist, registered nurse (staff nurse), respiratory care practitioner, social worker (LCSW) and ultrasound technician (diagnostic medical sonographer).
The survey participation fee is $125.
