MCAG Shares Pending Settlement Opportunities
This week, settlement recovery service MCAG, a HASC Endorsed Business Partner, announces the following settlements – with accompanying application deadlines.

- Visa/Mastercard Interchange Fee Class Action Settlement: $6.2 billion. No deadline yet – but MCAG expects to learn more by Nov. 7. Members that used the credit cards to process transactions during the previous 14 years are eligible.
- Provigil Pharmaceutical Settlement: $65.8 million. Application deadline is Jan. 15. This settlement is for self-insured members that purchased Provigil for their employee benefits plan (not patients).
- Thalomid and Revlimid Settlement: $55 million. Application deadline is Dec. 15. As above, this settlement is for self-insured members that purchased the listed medications for their employee benefits plan (not patients).
- Automotive Parts Settlements: $1.2 billion. Application deadline is Dec. 31. Members that purchased or leased automobiles in the January 1995 to March 2018 timeframe are eligible.

Payment Card Settlement Disclaimer: On Jan. 24, 2019 the Court granted preliminary approval of the Visa/Mastercard settlement filed on Sept. 18, 2018 for the Rule 23(b)(3) Class Plaintiffs in this action. No claim forms are available at this time, and no claim-filing deadline exists.
