More than 1 in 4 households in Los Angeles County have experienced food insecurity since the start of the pandemic, according to a recent study facilitated by Public Exchange at USC’s Dornsife College of Letters, Arts and Sciences. The impact is seen to be more widespread among vulnerable communities including women, Latinx households, and low-income families.
