Optical Disk Drive, Lithium Ion Battery Settlement Deadlines Are Approaching
HASC is pleased to offer a class action settlement recovery service through its strategic partnership with Managed Care Advisory Group LLC, or MCAG. The firm’s settlement experts continually search for class actions for which you may be eligible. You don’t have to spend time looking for cases or examining legal documents. Once you enroll with MCAG’s service, the firm will notify you of opportunities, determine your eligibility and submit claims on your behalf.
Note: If you are one of the 150-plus member hospitals already enrolled, you do not need to sign the attached Agreement or enroll through the website. MCAG will continue to file claims on behalf of your organization.
