Up-and-coming health care professionals get a boost from the PathWays: Healthcare Policy in Action career development program sponsored by HASC and Health Care Executives of Southern California. Each year, a cohort selected from a pool of candidates attends four sessions — where health care leaders share insights and inspiration to propel participants toward their next career objective.

Sessions are held in varying locations across Los Angeles. The program includes a combination of expert speaker presentations and interactive cohort participation.

PathWays’ next group will hold its first meeting in September. Health care organization managers are invited to nominate early-career employees by July 13. Per-participant tuition is $200.
