Porter Named HASC Advocate for Inland Region
HASC has named Keven Porter, RN regional vice president for the Inland Region (San Bernardino and Riverside counties). Porter has broad experience as a nursing supervisor and administrator. He most recently served as emergency department director at Riverside University Health System – Medical Center, and before that held a similar position for Kaiser Permanente in San Diego.

“Keven brings with him an extensive background and knowledge of hospitals from both a clinical and operational standpoint,” said Marty Gallegos, senior vice president, health policy and communications. “His hands-on experience in EDs will be an asset as he moves to his new advocacy role in health care.”
Porter has an undergraduate nursing degree from Cal State Fullerton and a Master of Science in Organization and Management – Leadership from Minneapolis-based Capella University.
He takes over for Jan Remm, who recently accepted a position at Riverside Community Hospital.
