POSTPONED: 2020 LEAD Academy
New start date is Friday, Feb. 21
Please join us on Friday, Feb. 21 for a full-day session covering transitioning From Peer, to Manager, to Leader and Leading People Differently.
LEAD Academy is the association’s most in-demand education offering. Hundreds of graduates attest to its effectiveness in the health care workplace.
Course topics include workload management, collaboration, understanding personality types, motivating employees — and more.
The course itself takes place over six days — usually once a month over six months. Two modules are covered each day. The Academy is tailored for recently-hired, newly-appointed or previously untrained health care managers and supervisors.
The sessions run from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. beginning Feb. 21 ending July 21 at USC Verdugo Hills Hospital in Glendale.
Space for LEAD Academy is limited. Reserve space today by clicking here; sessions cost $324 each.
We invite you to visit HASC’s LEAD Academy web page to explore the program’s many options.
