The Hospital Association of Southern California is proud to partner with UCI Paul Merage School of Business to host the first Women in Health Care Leadership Conference, a unique new certificate program designed for women in leadership.

The conference features UCI distinguished faculty along with coaches and C-level executives. The Women in Health Care Leadership Conference aims to address many of the internal factors that create barriers for women who currently serve in leadership roles as well as those seeking to advance their careers as leaders. During the two-day conference, attendees will acquire new skills and practical techniques that have real-world application to help chart a way forward. Topics include:
