Dear Ventura, Santa Barbara Regional Health Care Executives:

The Hospital Association of Southern California, the Ventura Workforce Development Board Healthcare Committee, and the Health Workforce Initiative (South Central Coast Region) invite you to join us to discuss the supply and demand of specialty RNs and to identify strategies to address the shortages with hospitals and schools in the Ventura and Santa Barbara micro-regions.

This invitation goes to the chief nurse executives/officers, program directors of registered nursing programs, hospital nurse educators, human resource executives, surgical care center administrators, nursing directors, ambulatory care center directors, and other nursing leaders in Ventura and Santa Barbara counties.
