A Special Invitation From George W. Greene
I’d like to personally invite you to attend our virtual Women in Health Care Leadership Conference this June 9 – 11. HASC has joined with UCI Paul Merage School of Business to bring this unique and outstanding event to our membership.
Workforce diversity is a top priority for the association. The upcoming conference takes on many of the internal factors that create barriers for women who currently serve in leadership roles — as well as for those seeking to advance their careers as leaders. During the three-day conference, attendees will acquire new skills and practical techniques that have real-world power to advance careers past resistance and obstacles.
Full conference tuition is $1,495 — and full conference attendees will receive a digital UCI certificate of completion.
Registration is open until the end of the work day on Wednesday, June 2. Click here for the meeting agenda. Click here to register.
Contact Jamila Mayers at jmayers@hasc.org with any questions about registration or special discounts.
The conference will open with an evening panel discussion, A Culture of Empowerment, featuring executives from CHOC and SCAN Health Plan. Panelists will discuss how organizations can create a working environment that empowers women for success.
The conference ends with another panel discussion, Ally to Action: Another Seat at the Table, where participants introduce the concept of “allyship.”
Other conference highlights include:
- Panel: Women on Health Care Boards
- Creating a Personal Vision and Charting the Way Forward
- Negotiation Techniques for Women in Health Care
- Power Presence, Influence, and Credibility
- Lead Your People & Performance Through Uncertainty
There’s so much outstanding content packed into this event. I’m very proud to share this invitation with you.
