Thank you to members for being a part of our first 2018 HASC College to Career Internship Program (CCDIP). With your help, our partner, Health Career Connection (HCC) has placed 89 percent of the CCDIP interns with preceptors at hospital host sites.

For preceptors, the next step is to attend an orientation webinar. HASC in partnership with Health Career Connection (HCC) is offering two Preceptor Orientation Webinars: on Thursday, May 31 from noon – 1 p.m., or on Tuesday, June 5 from 9:30 – 10:30 a.m. Please attend or assign a representative, or contact us, if you are unable to attend either webinar.

It will cover:

1. HCC’s role
2. Host site and preceptor roles
3. Intern roles and project deliverables
4. Intern onboarding corresponding with your agency requirements
5. Summer schedule
6. Ongoing communication and support provided by HCC
7. Preceptor appreciation on Aug.15 at The California Endowment
8. Q & A
