Survey Seeks Data to Support Effective Hiring & Retention
Member hospitals and health systems are reminded this month to enroll in the 2021 Allied for Health Survey Program. The program includes the Hot Jobs, Executive, Management, Non-Management Compensation, HR Metrics, and Union Penetration Surveys.
In today’s tight labor market, staying up to date on salary trends is imperative to effectively recruit and retain employees. To assist in making informed decisions regarding wages, hospitals are invited to participate in 2021’s multi-sector survey.
To begin your survey enrollment, go to salarity.org select “Enroll for Surveys.” The enrollment process is important because it allows us to properly set up your 2021 access in the password-protected area of the site and ensures that we have your most current contact information on record.
As a survey participant, the fee for Hot Jobs is $125 and HR Metrics is $150 per facility. The fees for the Executive, Management, Non-Management Compensation, and the Quarterly Healthcare Workforce surveys are covered by your hospital’s membership dues.
However, a fee will be assessed to non-participants who wish to access the final reports. If your hospital has not participated in the past, act now to take advantage of this member benefit.
Timetables for reports are as follows.
The consulting firm FutureSense, LLC is partnering with HASC to support this project. FutureSense, LLC is a respected regional consulting firm that has more than 25 years of experience with the Allied for Health Surveys.
The Allied for Health survey program includes the California Hospital Association, the Hospital Association of Southern California, the Hospital Council of Northern and Central California, and the Hospital Association of San Diego and Imperial Counties.
Please note that we will not sponsor Employee Benefits Survey in 2021 and will resume in 2022.
