Webinar Forum: Update on Edible Food Waste and Recovery Draft Regulations
Every year, 12 billion pounds of food waste is disposed of in California’s landfills. At the same time, food insecurity impacts nearly five million Californians. Fortunately, California non-profits, local governments, and advocates are leading the way in reducing food waste, increasing edible food recovery.
Join us on Wednesday, Jan. 30 for a complimentary HASC member webinar to learn more about food waste, edible food recovery, and the important role of hospital and health care facilities.
