Following the successful Patient and Family Centered Conference June 3, an article by Libby Hoy, founder of PFCC Partners, and Mia Arias, director of programs, National Health Foundation, highlights their perspectives on patient- and family-centered care (PFCC) in PSQH Magazine.

The article, “Bedside to the Boardroom: Partnering with Patients and Families in the Healthcare Environment,” looks at six elements of PFCC practices, and the opportunities for integrating patients and families into all elements of health care.
