W. June Simmons to Speak at HASC Conference on Aging, Oct. 15
W. June Simmons, founding president and CEO, Partners in Care Foundation, will be the keynote speaker for the 2013 HASC Conference on Aging, Oct. 15, Crowne Plaza Resort Anaheim.
Simmons actively develops programs that meet the mutual needs of patient populations, providers and health care delivery networks to encourage cost-effective, patient-friendly integration of care from hospital to home and community.
